- 2000 – Industry Start: Entered the construction industry, gaining cross-trade experience and a quality-first mindset.
- 2015 – Property Preservation: Began full-time preservation work while serving as Project Manager / Field Superintendent / Inspector for a national hedge fund property manager.
- 2017 – Company Founded: Launched Norwood Restoration Group, Inc., built the first crew, expanded vendor relationships, and transitioned into full-time operations.
Today, we complete thousands of contracts annually with multiple crews executing scopes across South Florida.
Meet the Owner — Eric Norwood
I’ve worked in construction since 2000, and by 2015 I was managing large-scale property preservation projects for one of the nation’s largest hedge fund property managers. My role included scheduling work, recruiting vendors, performing inspections, writing scopes, and handling tenant turnovers — including challenging evictions.
That foundation allowed me to grow Norwood Restoration Group with a focus on ethics, accountability, and protecting client investments like they’re my own.
